Do you do commissions?

Yes, I have worked with many happy customers to produce unique artworks to memorialize special places and to celebrate landmark moments in their lives. Please contact me via email on info@ellahollandcreative.com or using the contact form to discuss.

What are limited edition prints?

Limited Edition means that only a fixed number of prints will be produced, making them more valuable than an Open Edition print. These prints will be marked with the edition size and number, are carefully embossed with a certified Ella Holland stamp and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

What sizes are the prints available in?

Prints are available in A4 - A0 sizes  which includes a white border around them to aid with framing. The benefit is that standard size frames can be used to display the artwork.

A4 (210 x 297mm)

A3 (297 x 420mm)

A2 (420 x 594mm)

A1 (594 x 841mm)

A0 (841 x 1189mm)

What are the images printed on?

The archival giclee prints are produced on thick 310gsm cotton rag paper. It is possible to print on canvas too, use the contact form or email for further details and pricing.

Who does the printing and where does this happen?

Prints are produced in Sydney, Australia by Cie-Elle Digital Imaging with a 12 colour pigment ink set.

How much is postage?

Postage is free within Australia. For the rest of the world, a flat rate of $50 is charged. Prints are delivered using Australia Post’s Express Post Service which allows you to receive tracking information and updates.

How are the prints packaged? 

Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and packaged in a sturdy cardboard roll or a flat pack for A4 sizes.

How long until I receive my print?

Please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery within Australia. Please contact me if you need a shorter delivery time, it may be possible!

International postage may take slightly longer. Please check the Australia Post website for delivery estimates for your country.

How do I care for my print or artwork?

Artworks and prints should be handled with care and kept out of direct sunlight. Archival products (acid-free) are recommended for framing.

How does copyright work?

All copyright and reproduction rights are retained by the artist. This includes commissioned work. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce or use an artwork in any form without prior written permission.
